I believe Trulieve is being realistic and conservative with their numbers. Guidance such as 2020 or 2021 is just “what we think”.

Curaleaf may, or may not, achieve their guidance. And on top of that, we have to consider how much of Cura revenue is legitimately profitable, their total O/S, etc.

Not saying Cura is a bad investment, but in terms of profitability and financial discipline, they aren’t on the same level. Talk is talk, show me the numbers. Also, doesn’t Cura have a significantly large share unlock in October? Or am I confused with another player?

Trulieve.

Q1- 44.5 (+8.5) from previous apply the same through 2019...
Q2- 53
Q3- 61.5
Q4- 70

Total 2019 = 229mil (new guidance is 220 - 240)
Net profit is around 30% on the quarter.

229/32% = 73.28 Million for the year.

Divide by 111Million, assuming it doesn’t change.

.66eps(30) 19.80 - 25.00 USD is what I’m getting from the crystal ball, right now based off what we know, and no changes in edible regulations and share count
