Its crazy not to use this TMS in surgeries. It should be required because they are using old school stop watches as a basis of how long they can keep the blood supply shut off. The problem is that every person is different which means one person can go longer than an other without oxygen. The TMS will probably beep at the surgeon once it goes beyond a certain level. This would allow the surgeon to take immediate action to restore blood flow even it for a little bit of time to keep the level of oxygenation there.
