I thought the same UVA. But, screwing toxic lenders makes sense, but not 'friendly' lenders, which we have now. So, my theory is that CMTH mgmt is keeping the pps down so that they can 'buy shares back' with revenues from Q2 and Q3 - they can buy back a ton.
