LOL!! The beautiful thing about Transfer Agents and OTC Markets is they do all of the leg work for us. If the CEO is "dumping shares to pay for his loft" we would see a share increase. But, we now know with 100% certainty, that NO DILUTION has occured in over a year. NO TOXIC NOTES, No selling by the CEO, No reverse split, etc. We can call the transfer agent and they can confirm this. Or we can simply check the screen shots that show the exact same outstanding shares that has not changed in a very very long time. Just a simple watch of the Level 2 will show you that the CEO is not selling shares to pay for his loft. I'm sure he has a beautiful home, and he deserves it. Keep us moving up and I hope he can upgrade his loft to a mansion! Go DLCR!!
