I don’t think we can just downplay others concerns here. When an OTC stock shows increasing revenues, council members of a major city vouching for them, yet has been tanking for the last year and a half.....it’s always a good idea to wonder why.

I don’t have the answers. Support seemed rock solid for over a year and now it’s completely gone. Insiders do own nearly 30% of the stock and that’s just the major shareholders. I would imagine Longs that don’t make up 5% make up another 30-40% or more. So you do have to wonder who is walking this down. To me it makes no sense for insiders to be doing this unless they are in fact loading even more. But with how much they already own, it’s unlikely.
