The Estrella Ranch has 57 parcels total, one of which is now ours. The property even crosses over into southern Monterey County. What impresses me is that this property would not have been sold to Livewire unless the Ranch was giving it's blessing to LVVV's plan to build out in the cannabis sector. So, maybe other parcels will mirror this theme, and we could see a mega-center of cannabis production, in all phases from seed production to flower harvest. Now, it's all guessing, but I do not think that this deal would be happening if the case was otherwise.
The LVVV property is right near highway 46, and also close to major highways 101 and 5, so location for distro is perfect.
