Well, the reality is it’s not done and done yet.
I do find it entertaining (and a bit nervy) that geert is saying what I’ve said for over the last 2 years that “data” is the end.
Combine that with his capital raising & recapture position history....is exactly what makes this such a difficult proposition for me.

If cvm fails geert will just be like trump until somebody like Eike Batista comes along and breaks a new loser record.

To agree with the professionalism of lightrock, geert has done what he was constructed to do....see it through.
I will also say; I don’t have the capacity (experience) to de-lever my investing requirements; as such i will not participate in the capacity many of you may.....having said that I do think I may find a source that comes along and results in my full participation. In the mean time I am trying to get the best price possible for my $2k prior to $1B MC...

I will go on a limb and say that if we don’t see the $1B valuation prior to data; that there was never any chance and geert will wear the orange jumpsuit. Thus, this has purely been a data retrieval program....in this event the entirety will be completely clear.

So for me it’s simple:
Geert is total puppet
He has accepted the fate of such occupation; irrelevant of result.

On a personal note: the tape and pricing for $1B valuation in near future allow me to risk $$$.
The lack of liquidity also allows me to minimize any major losses with “relative ease” of a couple day period
