ONCI has been PUMPED like a religion for the past 18 months. I fully accept that the stock may have another run, many sub-penny pinkie garbage stocks do, because over time there's a new crop of suckers who are susceptible to PUMP and PROMOTION and HYPE.

If this is the week, as you say - awesome! I honestly hope some permabulls who are underwater are able to trade it well and make up some losses, or even gains.

But ONCI is NOT, nor has it EVER BEEN, an 'investment'
