Looks to me like this is the extent of it:

Nelson Peltz’s Trian Fund Management disclosed late Friday that it has sold about 9.4% of its General Electric stock investment.
Trian subsidiaries sold 6.66 million GE shares from May 22 through 24 for a total of $64.2 million, an average per-share price of about $9.64. According to a form the hedge fund filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, it now owns a total of 64.2 million GE shares.

The reduction by Trian in its holdings in GE was for portfolio management purposes, including the expiration of the lock-up period for investors in a co-investment fund,” the firm told Barron’s in an email. “As a large shareowner with a seat on the board, Trian currently expects to remain highly engaged with the Company for the foreseeable future.

Trian’s representative on GE’s board is Peltz’s son-in-law Ed Garten.

GE stock has surged so far this year, but not enough to erase last year’s 56% drop. Shares closed at $9.45 Friday, a year-to-date gain of 30%.
