-Company tweeted no more convertible notes (AFTER PAYING THEM ALL OFF)
Company has never payed off notes, other than through conversions (dilution)
ALL NOTES HAVE BEEN PAID. YOU CAN SEE THE FILING FROM FEB OF THIS YEAR WITH TOXIC NOTEHOLDER DISCLOSING THEY HAVE ZERO SHARES LEFT.
-Company has confirmed NO REVERSE SPLIT because of new financial health (last week)
Company said same on last RS and then went ahead and did a 225 to 1 RS anyway and how can a company be considered healthy with a CEO who needs to be compensated $250k yearly and the company has zero revenue
THE COMPANY PREVIOUSLY TOLD A SHAREHOLDER IN AN EMAIL THAT ONE WAS NOT ON THE AGENDA. COMPANY SAID THEY WERE FORCED TO BECAUSE OF TOXIC NOTES CRUSHING THE SHARE PRICE. THIS WAS THE FIRST OFFICIAL WORD FROM COMPANY OF NO REVERSE SPLIT, AND WHY WOULD THEY? THEY HAVE A TINY FLOAT WITH NO MORE TOXIC NOTES.

THE OUTSTANDING SHARES OF 443 MILLION HAS BEEN UNCHANGED FOR NEARLY A YEAR. THE UNRESTRICTED FLOAT OF 293 HAS BEEN UNCHANGED FOR NEARLY A YEAR. THE FILINGS YOU ARE REFERENCING ARE LOOKING AT TWO DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE LAST FILING WHERE THEY STATE THE UNRESTRICTED SHARES AS OF, AND ANOTHER STATING THE TOTAL OUTSTANDING.
