FTD's are T-3 shares. That's shares that were borrowed from a shareholder, but not deliver to the buyer in 3 business days.
After 3 days, they become fails to deliver. After 5 days they become Threshold shares.
FTD's can be delivered at a later date and have been, because FTD's are actually borrowed from someone.
But that's all BS, rabbit hole stuff. Wall street likes to make things look complicated, so you can't recognize their white collar CRIMES.

NAKED SHORTS are Counterfeit shares. They are Phantom shares, that are never Borrowed from anyone period.
