TXTM is turning out to be a disaster.
I won’t be surprised if no bid there for it. I don’t think any company takes months after months to form a JV . I think it has lost opportunity to make a deal. I do understand that License is in the hand of Govt so I give benefit of doubt to TXTM but JV is in their hand and they failed to lock it.
