Looking at the numbers, I will stick with my guess of dilution at 60% or more. So, a big hit on the current 50 cents! As I predicted earlier, the Rights Issue offering is not a full prospectus and my sources still have it that a revised 43-101 (or something akin) will be published soon afterwards. Unless I am wildly wrong, Glencore will come out of the Rights Issue with a controlling interest. What they do with that will determine how the share price goes thereafter. Hopefully, a new business plan, plus new technical and financial reports will come up with a much more optimistic IRR to tempt investors and improve the battered pps. We shall see.
