So basically what you are saying is. Lets take my 400,000 shares as an example with which I managed to get down to .23 price point = $92,000. Current price is at .20 = $80,000. I'm down $12,000. Which did have a possibility of making it to $3.00 a share = $1,200,000..

Now because of this dilution 4 - 1 I will only have 100,000 shares @ .80 = $80,000 fine. Here's the problem I have with it. If the stock only ever makes it to $3.00 a share @ 100,000 shares = $300,000.00.

They just ripped me off from possibility making $900,000

The stock price would have to jump to $12.00 a share to make the same kind of money.


Am I wrong here?
