Divies are likely never coming. And it's probably because they're going to be in deep crap if older investors who had the stock but sold it after not getting the divies that they were promised.

Investors who purchased PURA because they had an MJ farm.
The decision was made to sell the farm to NOUV while investors owned the stock.

New investors may also stake a claim to it as they saw the Dividend news.

So who are they going to cater to? Either way, it could be a legal mess and I doubt they have money to fight it in court.
