Well, they have full control now. So they could do whatever they wanted to in order to achieve whatever plans they have. Which, considering the CEO owns 55% of the current common OS would benefit him also if he can make things work for us as well. Typically though, RS are hard because historically markets tend to not like them. However, IMHO if one had the ability to work this would be one of those rare good bets depending on what they do afterwards.(PRs, uplisting, good financials, good contracts, ticker change etc. all big amazing news to recover from any hit we may take from the RS)

Plus, it would go a long ways in adding some verbiage in the the next PRE or DEF that they would plan if things go well on forward splitting again to give us back some of our stock once they have achieved some of their objectives without touching the un-issued shares. That could have a big impact on the market NOW if they are listening and further contribute to a sentiment and trust that would help this become a great success overall in the end IMHO.
