I read the entire motion

Oh, man! I read that legal response rather quickly and I was getting ready to stroke-out! I thought it was a RULING by a judge until I got to the very end.

One thing for sure about my mistake was I formed an opinion about the 'judge' . . . I said to myself, "The judge who wrote this is a pompous ass! He INSULTS CVSI. Even was so bold to say "NONSENSE! in a response."

That tells me I detected absurdity in the response even while thinking it was words from a judge!

Now . . . don't 'judge' me on my intelligence level! :))
