I would argue that the main reason QSEP did not move into sales earlier is 1) the AOT was not completely ready for prime time. It had promising results but needed trial and error to be perfected at a commercial scale and 2) ineffective management. “

One most plausible scenario is left out which is the inventor in his zeal to make a name for himself fudged the data and results so the company could continue to raise additional funds. It’s funny the technical figurehead of the company is never blamed for any issues with the products efficacy. This after we know that Tao is not an industrial engineer adept at launching any new product based on his theories. Qsep should have partnered with MIT or Caltech or some other major tech university that is a leader in the field...not some mid tier college prof willing to get paid to play. Honestly...some day an action against a complicit university like Temple will take place for basically selling legitimacy to companies on the OTC. Paying a reoccurring licensing fee for 13 years with zero results is just insanity. No micro cap would fork over its cash resources for this type of amateur research and development. Qsep can’t even negotiate out of this yearly nut and is now paying 10% a year interest on the mounting million dollars of back fees owed to Temple.
