revocation, we know this. that´s not the problem.
even the "administrative dissolution" in Wyoming: no problem too.
why is it? because a company with the "home state" Wyoming and after the dissolution is allowed - laws of the state of Wyoming - to liquidate its assets und to distribute the resulting "liquidation dividend" to its shareholders.
the resulting question is imo: where are our preferred As+Bs?
I hope we will hear about shortly.
