Thanks for that number - I had it and have been calling Dave at ext. 101 & Rob at ext. 104 on several occasions but had no luck in getting a direct hold of either. It goes to their voicemails after 4-5 rings. However, I didn't bother leaving a message for them to call me back. But what I do know they are in a real family business which doesn't bother me at all.

Question? and what worries me the most is Everett Dickson - has anyone ever contacted him? This guy I have very little trust in after knowing how he has been and had operated UHLN, CZNI & FLSR.

Frankly speaking, this awaiting merger to me is more of a simple temporary pact than a real takeover between Aureus and Yuengling Corp. which is just to raise money for the Yuengling Ice cream (YIC) business where ARSN will also benefit as it uses YIC corp. name & merger and then will begin to sell shares when time is right as it has done with other ticker symbols. And then R/S it and leaves the ticker to die once the money is made through dilution which hasn't started yet. Will be after the merger is completed followed with a huge spike in PPS into CENTS is what my short term prediction is.

If you go listen to Rob B. in this link below from Nov. 2018 you will know why they are engaged with ARSN today which is purely to raise money for their ICE CREAM business and that's all.

NO WAY!! Yuengling's are here to give away their 100-year-old family business to an OTC scam holders unless this was a Reverse Merger (R/M) where YIC was taking over ARSN ticker symbol as a clean shell which is not the case here. Unless the plan is to kick out Everett D. from the picture once the merger is completed is also a possibility. No point of having him as a partner or an executive in a family operated business.

Go check out the website of CZNI business and compare with ARSN.... same layout/setup except one is for food business and other is Ice cream. Also, the phone numbers even though last 4 digit different works the same exact....with direct voicemail to Everett.

I might be wrong but this is what I am seeing as I look closer into these two entities, may possibly be involved in a money scam (Ponzi scheme) so-called merger but can't say for fact with little knowledge I have about the two companies.

Also, try to connect with Jason Daggett (Managing Director of YIC Online Distributor) to get his part of the story which can further clarify. He too is a real business operator/holder, just like Dave Y. and Rob B.

If things still look fishy then just know when to jump off the ship - your exit strategy :)
