Curaleaf (CURLF) is probably the biggest competitor, with "big" meaning size of company. CURLF is truly a behemoth, sporting a multi-billion dollar market cap, and sells both CBD's like EDXC does and medical marijuana at dispensaries. CURLF was one of the companies chosen by CVS Pharmacy when they announced they'd be selling CBD's in some stores. Unfortunately for us, CVS announced the names of the CBD companies, while Walgreens obviously didn't. I live in Connecticut, and CURLF is one of a small number of companies that are allowed to be sold in the medical marijuana dispensaries here. Other than Curaleaf however, I think everything JB56 said in his reply to you is 100% correct. Just as he said, there are literally hundreds of CBD manufacturers. He's also spot on regarding Aurora and Canopy being good ol' fashioned marijuana growers.

I do think there's room for someone to stand out in the CBD marketplace going forward. Whether it's the quality, packaging, advertising, good management and sales team, knowing the right people, or just plain good luck, two or three companies can probably muscle their way to the top. If it's true that EDXC's Phyto-bytes get sold in Pet Smart, that would be a fantastic addition to what we have already with Walgreens and the chain of bodegas in New York City (whose name totally escapes me right now). If we can get into multiple national chains, there's a great chance we can get name recognition and market penetration before other companies do (again, just as JB56 stated....I agree with really everything he said).

Best,
G
