Transform Holdco filed 62 page complaint today against SHC.

See docket 4033.

Near the end of this document, ESL/Transform Holdco lists 13 Counts summing up their complaint against SHC.

Holy cow. Don't know if this case is ever going to be settled.

Next few weeks are going to be very interesting. What a mess. Feel sorry for the Judge.

Traders going to jump all over this news on Monday maybe. We'll see.
