Au Contraire Mon Capitan. Had he converted and dumped $500,000 in shares into the float, the stock would be DOA-dead at .0001 already.

Now that he has converted he is stuck and will take a massive loss if he cannot someday sell every share he has now for at least .01/share which is now a major floor.

No one forced him to buy another $500,000 of shares at .01 when he already that many from the earlier conversion at .01/share.

He knows more than anyone what the real value of the company and its technology is than any of us do.

He put his money where his mouth is!!!

Share price in OTC land is a function of float volume and demand, OTC stock 101, that even beginners here know.
