If the meeting did indeed occur do we as shareholders have the right to object due to being unable to attend? There were 3 options for voting: 1) online 2) by phone or 3) AT THE MEETING
If there were “technical issues”, shouldn’t the meeting be rescheduled to allow for those potential in meeting votes?
I’m willing to bet the rigging was connected to the control number, if you registered a vote, you were blocked from attendance.
All pure conspiracy theory, although based on the actions of the company so far, probably not far from the truth
