Agree mostly, with explanation and further I concur with Fergus.

I'm still waiting for the company to go current/have all financials up to day ...THIS SHOULD BE HIS TOP PRIORiTY RIGHT NOW!!! What better way to increase your companies value, then going current/having all financials up to date. WHY THE DELAYS, OVER and OVER ????

31Mar2019 Due to technical issues (IMHO NDA's) the company will be submitting it's financial statements to OTC markets within 90 days (June 31) which will make us current. Sorry about the delay, it's all set.
