4godnwv, are you saying that they don't have to cover naked shorting, you do mean FTD's as in (failure to deliver) correct? if so I dissagree they have to cover every 30 days or some kind of time frame correct? Or was the answer you were looking for as in they can't naked short at all?? if so well that dosen't mean they won't. I think I read that somewhere. After 5 I won't be able to post but I will answer tomorrow thanks.
