Can you please define what you mean when you say "It’s only a matter of time before this thing gets rolling."

We've been hearing this idea of "It’s only a matter of time" for almost a year now, and in that time period "It’s only a matter of time" has been defined in every way imaginable, none of which have come to fruition.

If you think I'm wrong, simply review the posting history on this subject since last July/August.

Please define what you mean by "It’s only a matter of time".
