the final straw (other than consistent unusual traffic and dealings at this property) that took this 'grow' down, was the exorbitant amount of electricity usage for a residential home of it's size that never let up!! The utility company notified the authorities and that's all she wrote.
It happens in every big city and every innocuous, out of the way small town that's not on anyone's radar. the black market element will always exist.
