There’s a reason LAHO has reinstated, is filing with the SEC and updated the preferred structure. To me changing the preferred has something to do with an incoming merger and a class of shares for that company.

That company looks to a few years in from a startup and with Cryptocurrency and Blockchain taking off and their patents, need for capital (cheaper doing a RM than IPO), connections to this shell now would be a perfect time.

No wonder the huge volume since the 8K. Could be a monster.
