Even some of the shares that came out as Sell Order including the 2m shares which was traded at bid may not really be shares sold at the market but the other way around. The reason I say that is many times you will find that people buying at bid will show as Sell when they are actually being shares bought in the market at the bid price. If that is true with the 2m shares traded, then the BUYS surpassed the SELLS by a HUGE MARGIN. Also, the unknown (?) are most of the time BUYS too especially when the are executed between Ask & Bid. To me what happened this Friday was a total exchange of shares between the company insiders or MMs as neither the bid or the ask had moved either way even with such a heavy trading on a ticker thats float and O/S is just 50m and 60m respectively. Looking at the charts they are completely bottomed out sitting between 30 to 40 RSI level. Which gives huge advantage (plenty of room) to run if the merger news or 1Q 2019 numbers gets released by this coming week. Just my little anaylsis.
