I'm not sure why anyone is expecting news at this time. The CEO said he expected the real estate deal to happen AFTER the end of this month. And he stated the GH Burn sales would begin in a few months.
Since it's not after the end of the month, and it's not 2
months from now I am not expecting any news at this time. I will start looking for news in a few weeks in the time frame the CEO indicated in his blogs.
The CEO says to expect news in June and by the first week of May people are asking why it's not here yet. LOL. If I ordered something and they said to expect it in 5-7 business days I wouldn't be wondering why it's not here yet the next day.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
