I do not. Presume likely so. Maybe mngt debating whether to actually cheat the vote count or not. Brokers liable too if they voted on non-routine matters. Brokers should know a reverse split is not a “routine” company matter to vote upon irrespective of Helios claiming (cheating) so in its DEF14A SEC proxy filing.
