Correct, IMO. But the 50% yield is not out of proportion considering the frustration and risk Garrett has been taking. How is this crappy CEO ever going to pay anyone back? the way he has been running the company.

This is not the problem.

ANYONE can see that they have to sell SJAP or HSA. You would THINK. I have talked to some of the bigger shareholders and none of them share my thoughts. Let me put it this way, none of them have been pushing Solomon and urged him to sell SJAP or HSA. As far as I know.

The company doesn't have a clear focus on creating shareholder value and NEITHER do the shareholders.

They cannot pay the quarterly dividends unless they do an asset sale, equity sale, or similar. Solomon should have known this a year ago. There was no plan... Sure, if they get lucky with a $100M TRW loan then that would help as well. But that's not a plan.

There are many more ways to create shareholder value.
