A company that had 2018 losses of $38,500,000+ to generate an alleged $1.9MM in Revenue....
Yet you won't spend $100-200K on auditors because "its an unnecessary expense for shareholders"?
Really Bruce? A drop in Sea of RED INK you produce Annually. Clearly it has NOTHING to do with money.
Audited Financials would get the STOP lifted, Edgar-ize them and you would be in compliance with the SEC as Fully Reporting and get a chance to move up the ladder in the OTC Cesspool.
Or is it that your "Home Grown Financials" couldn't stand the audit? Splay open those "revenue" numbers, define expenses?
Or are you afraid that becoming fully Reporting would allow a Market Marker TO file a 15c2-11 and this POS stock would get shorted to death.
Maybe both?
What a SCAM
