SGMD has an LOI for a 1M dollar investment in Hempistry in exchange for "supply and matketing rights" as stated in the 8k/a. :)

SGMD has signed a deal to supply Hempistry for Micropagnation supplies for all those clones to plant on all that acerage.

Jimmy is a Director at Hempistry.
Jimmy is a Co-Founder of Hempistry Holdings Inc.

I think its fair to say we have already established a good solid relationship with Hempistry. So a merger with them is possible IMO. Would create a power house when you include Biz,Sky and Hydro4less.
