From what I see, there are many other shells now in his name per link below.
Thank goodness he stepped down as Chairman in Oct 2018 in PRED
They can move forward to Nasdaq listing soon from the Pinks.
They saw the hand writing on the wall.

Well, PRED did start out with Merle's Global HOME group in 2015
then mining and name change now stem cell research with PRED.

He better hand over the reigns to another group with financing/assets to move this ticker or it will end up like WHOLE HOMES back in 2001 etc.
