Took a quick look at Dockets 4031 and 4032. Two witnesses are prepared to argue against claims by the "buyer", meaning Eddie/Transform Holdco, that still haven't been resolved from the APA.

Unless the Judge can make a quick decision on these matters, my guess is that approval of the DS will be delayed until these matters can be settled by the Court.

A Hearing on these matters is scheduled for June 20 as noted in Docket 4029. Therefore, I'm guessing that the DS hearing scheduled for May 29 will NOT result in the DS being approved. I'm guessing that DS approval will not occur before the Omnibus Hearing scheduled for June 20.

At least that's my opinion based on the info in the 3 dockets entered late yesterday.
