So big question how many dreamers have been holding shares in this POS expecting LOFB shares to be dropped in their accounts? Some are trying to say that if you don't currently hold these shares up until now the "supposed record day- Oct 31st, 2017" isn't that important? That should be the ONLY date that matters for these well deserved restricted shares to be dolled out to the shareholders of record on Oct 31st, 2017. Nothing else should really matter. Got to love these stinkie pinkies that just keep treading water with no financials to support the business in any way. This POS was painted today at the close just so it would close at the 4's. Seriously folks look at the dollar amount for those last three trades!!!! To blame this delay on the govt agencies that is laughable, maybe those same govt agencies are investigating why no reporting for how long now? Compliance is important, come on lets get it done. He stated in the conference call the Fernhill spinoff made things easier for them for the LOFB spinoff. The Million dollar question will we get LOFB shares or not? The time frame has been way too long already.
