If all of this was in fact done in July why wouldn’t the shares been canceled much earlier. Maybe there is value to be realized.

Do you understand what the CCAA is for? To give time to potentially restructure and realize value for creditors and even continue operations.

Maybe they had to wait for funding to be able to take on such a large deal. It’s been stay after stay, why would they take on so much time and money in legal fees if the end result was the purchase of assets and nothing else. They must love pissing away money, that or it takes several months for FINRA to do their jobs. That or a complex restructuring is in the works and...
