It would be helpful to know the current size cultivation facilities ACC has?
It sounds like they want expansion for their strains. I get the impression they are limited by the size of their current facilities. They are successful enough to be bringing in $8 million in revenue. Even having a positive cash flow. We didn't buy a junk company...closer to a rare gem...most companies are not cash flow positive.. $8 million is considerably more revenue than the current estimate of $2-$3 million for LIHT's 10,000 sf. Combined revenues...including extracting some of ACC's flower should get us up to $11-$12 million...with existing facilities.
ACC facilities may be scattered around....and we don't know how much land they own...and where they are located. Or even if they are all in Nevada...some could be in another state. They need to bring some land to the table. There is nowhere near enough land on 7 acres to put 566,000 sf of production. A 1 million sf greenhouse occupies 25 acres...566,000 sf needs at least 12 1/2 acres...or very tall facilities.
ACC wants $50 million to expand their existing facilities too....presumably 266,000 sf.
LIHT said they need $90 million for the complete 566,000 sf buildout.
That suggests LIHT needs $40 million for our Vegas buildout.
Only cultivation was mentioned with ACC...I'm not sure they are set up for extractions. LIHT beginning extractions soon...would fill that gap....and increase the margins on the ACC produced flower.
It would be helpful to know when the elusive 65,000 sf Vegas building will be started and finished? More Vegas revenue would mean less financing needed for expansion.
It would be helpful to know how.... A company focusing on Vegas and Canada operations...buys a Vegas company...and reaffirms its position as a multi state operator...? Unless Citation Growth Corporation has or will have ties to Canopy Growth Corporation...the other CGC.
The other option....ACC has out of state operations they didn't mention...?
It would be helpful to know when our total 566,000 sf....Nevada operations...and our...586,000 sf BC operations...is projected to be complete?
I personally want to see Vegas built out before a dime is spent on lesser margin out of state ventures.
Hopefully some of the upcoming PR's will answer these questions.
