LCY couldn't care less what happens to the BIOAQ ticker/stock. They have nothing to do with it nor its fate, and surely won't "ask" or "demand" that anything happens to it. They didn't acquire the company/ticker, they just bought the assets.
And, if they want a "perfectly usable Stock Ticker" and don't want to IPO (which would be a stupid decision, too), they'll find one that doesn't bring $75M of debt with it and will have very little of the A/S issued and outstanding.
