After the way management handled the proxy contest I do not trust
the incumbent trustees. They own very few shares and the their
tactics are despicable. Their behavior against Oliver leads me
to believe that they have something to hide. The Trust having
sold off some of the perpetual royalty nonparticipating sub-service
lands has not been adequately explained. Those mineral interests
should never be sold off. That tells me what I need to know.
Why would the management sell off any of the royalty lands?
Did the trustees get something in return? The trust should end
and a corporation should take its stead. Remove the trustees
for cause if they do not resign for breach of trust. Even if
not willful or intentional, it can be due to negligence.
The shareholders are very angry and would be supportive of
the trustees removal, in my opinion.
