That is referring to two things:

Posting of iHub PM’s (private messages) is prohibited and posting what is believed to be the personal information of a user/poster on the board is also not allowed.

An email from Arlette fits neither of those descriptions.

Feel free to PM Admins to confirm what I have just said.

One can choose not to post an email, but nothing in iHub’s rules prohibits it as long as the content of the email doesn’t violate the TOS itself.
