SMH! I read and understood the Monitor's Reports - it clearly states the Equity doesn't have any value.

Also, you do understand that if the secured creditors are impaired then the equity is by definition impaired.

It is very important when investing in Q stocks to understand securities law - US Bankruptcy laws and the IRS Tax Code - if you did you would understand that the Equity will be terminated.

Actually the ticker will be delisted and that cancels the shares - since the assets of BioAmber have been liquidated and today the Judge ordered the money from the sale of the BioAmber assets to be distributed to the secured creditors.

Sophisticated investors understand that the liquidation of assets means the party is over.

Don't forget to post after the Equity is canceled.
