LOL - putting words in my mouth? Did anybody say the stock was going to be cancelled today?
Nope.
Here, let me clear this up for you:
It is a 100% certainty the shares will be cancelled. There's no question about that.
In order for that to happen, the CCAA proceedings must complete, then;
The US Bankruptcy Court will discharge the remaining debt and the equity, and dissolve the company, then;
The monitor will notify FINRA (and the SEC) the proceedings are complete and the judge has cancelled the equity, then;
FINRA will remove the ticker, then;
Shareholders will lose 100% of their investment in this stock.
Until then, the stock will trade, likely between flippers since retail is not interested in an investment in an empty, debt ridden company that will soon disappear.
