I have been in agreement with the idea that a reverse is coming.

The company cannot raise money via a Reg A filing with 2bn shares o/s.

No investor will want to do that unless they are one of the toxic lenders and then the lending will be controlled by automatic reverse splits every time the stock hits .0001

So, the NVSOS expansion of the A/S tells us that they lost the case on the 509 mil shares and they wanted a few extra shares for themselves.

A 1 for 100 will yield 20mil shares o/s -
