Based on Q1 performance, the company needs about 4.8 million dollars in additional money to survive. They get about 4.2 million dollars through dilution. They get the rest from their cash reserve. That is why their cash went down by about $600K or so.

Based on current share price, they need about 68 million shares a quarter or about 1.2 million share per trading day. Based on the average daily shares traded, it looks like investors are willing to absorb it, even with shady financials. In addition, the selling by insiders in Q1 was very disturbing.
