they had a 1 year conditional purchase , in which included all conditions that freedom leaf has to be able to grow in this facility without a major expense or political crap that would halt production, after 1 year they were obligated to purchase the building so that's why they got out, they thought they could jump first but spain isn't not budging at this time, much better deal we got and better deals on way, its very easy if you don't like frlf get out
