Place, is falling apart since last decade. Merida was supposed to prode cash that never came. Why? They needed the noose to tighten so they could step in with a better solution. They themselves relised they f'ed up then Cliff wouldn't listen so they had a power struggle. He finally ran out of options IMO. Thus the lack if updates. No cash. No sales. All my O

So, they are not saying any of this.
obviously you have to look at what happened and extrapolate how it got there.
