Actually,

Amazon is in the Consumer Cyclical Sector of the Specialty Retail Industry. But don't ask me which has priority: Sector or Industry. It's all very confusing.

The last few weeks I've spent a lot of money at Amazon and a couple other online sites. Buying things you might not imagine -- I'm very close to ordering a hydraulic tractor-mounted post hole digger and 12-inch auger from Amazon. I do a lot of online shopping because the prices are good there, they bring the stuff to me, and I live way out in the country, and I mean wwaaayyyy out. When I leave the house it takes me about 15-minutes just to drive to the nearest numbered county highway four miles away.

Since this is the BHC board, most of my recent (measured in months) trades were in BHC and TEVA, but now I'm back in AMD (where I spent most of my time during the last few weeks). And the reason I am back in AMD is because the company will be introducing new products next week at an annual trade show, and the following link shows its recent strength relative to $SPX in general and more specifically SMH which is a semiconductor sector ETF. AMD will be giving Intel (INTC) things to worry about. They are essentially in the same business, but AMD has new leadership at the top that Intel should be jealous of. Compare their charts and you will see what I mean. FWIW, I used to work as an electronics engineer, so when I invest in chip companies I'm investing in what I know.

The last Calls I sold on AMD (just a couple days ago) now have an Ask of $0.01 and no Bid, so it looks like I'll be keeping my shares. It wasn't that way at the beginning of the week.
